Maria "knocked it out of the park" as our realtor! She provided great advice and counsel and we were able to sell our house in 3 days at a price above the asking price (we got 5 offers at/above list price). I don't know how you can do better than that! We wanted to upgrade our home before the sale but we needed design guidance.
